Project Location & Utility Services

• Survey, Due Diligence for proper Project Location in conformity with Environment clearance, Zoning, infrastructure etc.
• Title search, valuation & other reports.
• Obtaining NOC from MSEDCL (Electricity Distribution Company).
• Getting sanction of L.T. / Express H.T. power supply line from MSEDCL.
• Approval of Electrical drawings in connection with H.T Line from Electrical Inspector.
• Obtaining NOC for distance certificate from Irrigation Department.
• Arranging Electrical Inspector Inspection for charging of Transformer & obtaining the certificate for same.
• Obtaining industrial purpose water lifting permission from Irrigation Department.
• Approval of building Plan from Industrial Safety & Health Dept.
• Obtaining factory building completion from concerned authority.
